The Rho chapter would like to thank you for supporting your daughter through her time at The University of Alabama and at Sigma Delta Tau. Our chapter would not be the same without the contributions from each and every member.
Sigma Delta Tau offers many diverse opportunities for your daughter to become involved in the chapter and on campus. Our educational programming, beginning with the new member program, covers a variety of topics including women’s health issues, alcohol awareness, time management, academic skills and social issues. Your daughter is going to benefit and grow as an individual by participating in our sorority programs. Some of the national programs we offer include Chapter Leader Days (leadership training for officers), Leadership School, National Convention, Alternative Spring Break, Safe Smart Dating (an award-winning program on sexual assault and healthy relationships) and Life$avings (a financial literacy program).
The safety and health of your daughter is of the utmost importance to Sigma Delta Tau. We have an active risk management program, with strict National Policies prohibiting hazing and the use of alcohol and drugs at any Sigma Delta Tau program or in our facilities.
